Om uppdraget
Levigo is currently looking for an experienced and independent Accountant for an interim assignment with an established company within the fashion industry.
This assignment is suitable for someone who enjoys a broad accounting role, combining hands-on operational accounting with general ledger activities, reconciliations and month-end closing.
You will work closely with the finance team and are expected to be structured, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of your responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling supplier invoices, accounting and payments
Managing accounts receivable and the order-to-cash process
Reviewing, verifying and posting employee expense reports
Registering and reconciling incoming customer payments
Performing regular bank reconciliations
Maintaining the general ledger and posting manual journal entries
Supporting month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations
Contributing to annual accounts and year-end closing activities
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks when needed
Mandatory requirements:
3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a similar finance role
Experience with annual accounts / year-end closing
Experience from the retail industry
Solid knowledge of AP, AR and GL accounting
Experience with month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Availability to start immediately
Ability to work on-site in central Stockholm
Experience from a small or medium-sized organization
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
